Automatic Writing

Automatic Writing can be helpful for many reasons, such as:

-Communicating with the collective unconscious
-Listening to messages from the Spirit World
-Discovering more about yourself
-Sharpening your skills as a writer

Exercises:

Beginning:

*Meditate for a minute on one image from nature to get you focused (i.e. lotus flower, tree, stream, crystal, twinkling star)
*Breathe deeply and asking to open to whatever comes through for the highest good

Middle-Choose one of the following techniques:

1)Write with your non-dominant hand or
2)Write blindfolded or
3) Write while looking at the wall, not at your paper

Conclusion:

1)Don’t edit, judge or censor what comes through
2)Give thanks to whatever is communicating to you
3)Take a break and do something nice for yourself <3
