RECORDINGS

Audio recording your session is encouraged. You may also take notes. Please note that recordings are copyright protected and remain the property of Kyra Oser and Oser Entertainment. Any use other than a personal record of the reading is strictly prohibited.

RESERVATION POLICY

In order to Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime your appointment, please make a note about preferences in your reservation. Otherwise, it will be assumed that you are ordering a Zoom session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refunds, No Exceptions. Readings are not transferable. All purchases are final. To make the most of the appointment, please arrive on time.

When an appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the payment can be applied to a future session but will not be refunded. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, there will be a charge for the scheduled session. 24 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. There are no cancellations or refunds. Payment is accepted in advance of all sessions in order to secure an appointment. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Rescheduled sessions expire one year from the date of purchase.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
