We will soon have the ability to look at maps, zooming into them with our eyes and our minds, and feeling an environment through all the senses in a series of electrical impulses generated by a machine which temporarily rewires the brain to believe the body is elsewhere on the map. This will start to be developed this year and will be seen on the market as a discount travel option and educational tool in the next 2-5 years.
