Trump Predictions: Spring, 2017 Updates

If you’ve been wondering about whether or not the truth will be revealed when it comes to Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential elections, the answer is yes, it will. In Trump Predictions for the spring of 2017, it looks like Trump will soon refuse to comply with the law when being ordered to present requested documents to the Senate and other courts and committees that will be suing him. Caught in a deadlock, it will be like a chess game between the executive and judicial branches in which there is a checkmate and on one is willing to make a move for a while. Trump will dismiss or explain away any charges brought against him. As accusations escalate this week, many more people surrounding Trump will resign and take the fall for him. I see Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and Steve Bannon remaining by his side. I see Jeff Sessions being indicted due to criminal involvements with the campaign, although the charges for Sessions might be dropped on a legal technicality.

How will Trump’s popularity fare after additional allegations about Russian interference in the 2016 elections are published in near future news? I have a vision of a chair swiveling around and around, but no one sitting in it. His popularity could drop to the 20s.  It will be said that Trump knew”without a doubt” about the collusion between his campaign and Russian hacking to influence the results in his favour. The FBI already has the evidence it needs, including that House Speaker Paul Ryan was aware of the collusion in 2016, but pretended he didn’t hear anything. However, it looks like no one can definitively prove Ryan’s complicit involvement, because even though he was in a meeting about Russia, he could claim he didn’t hear or wasn’t listening during key parts of that meeting.  An important event will occur around October, as Pence pushes forward in a leadership role.

The threat of impeachment grows throughout this week and you’ll likely hear this word discussed in the news in an even more frequent and serious way than it has been since the 2017 inauguration. At some point, the 2017 inauguration will be considered an invalid event. While the entire reality of this presidency is being put into question, multiple lawsuits are bound to be filed against the Trump administration for damages incurred over the last two months. So, is it impeachment that removes Trump from office? While there is movement toward impeachment proceedings, the outcome doesn’t look like an impeachment by traditional standards. There’s something unusual about the abrupt and tragic end of this presidency, something that has never happened before in US history. The vision I have about Trump’s demise is of him being forced out. Before this happens, nearly everyone around him will be forced to testify, and some will be indicted on criminal charges. Many of those charges will end up in fines and several major players being removed or resigning from office. Trump will blame them, saying he was betrayed by the ones who should have been looking out for him the most. I see Trump holding onto the office for as long as he can, even while I see him falling. But the longer he holds on, the worse it gets for him.

I had a dream about 5 years ago about a light-haired king in a palace, surrounded by angry, impoverished citizens who were shouting at him. No matter how many threats they made, he kept looking at them with a smug smile because he felt invincible and completely protected by his position. Unfortunately I woke up before more could happen in the dream, but I will be posting more predictive dreams as they occur, and I would encourage you to share yours in the comments below or on Twitter.

Beyond the events of that dream, what ultimately brings down this administration and causes a change of power? There are many factors contributing to that event, so it is more a matter of which problems present themselves first. One of the issues I’ve mentioned that will be a downfall for this short-lived presidency is that of money laundering. Beyond the obvious kleptocratic tendencies of this regime to profit off of its various positions of power, an investigative governmental agency such as the FBI will bring forth evidence of a large transfer of public wealth and assets into accounts owned by the Trump family. Private investigative reporters will work in tandem with this agency to reveal more details around the nature of a continuous, illegal monetary transfer in about 4 months’ time. Some of these public funds are also being transferred overseas to pay off Trump’s personal debts to foreign powers. Additionally, investigative hearings in the Senate will reveal that Trump has been borrowing money from high-ranking Russian mafia leaders. His financial ties to former members of the KGB will be considered a security risk to the US. Many Americans will be upset about the property and security risks connected to these crimes.

Enlightenment philosophers Thomas Hobbes and John Locke believed that government existed for our “natural rights to life, liberty, and property”. In other words, we enter into a social contract with our government to have our freedom, security, and property protected and defended. Locke’s Second Treatise of Civil Government (1690) expresses that one of the primary purposes of a government is to protect our safety and property: “The only way whereby any one divests himself of his natural liberty, and puts on the bonds of civil society, is by agreeing with other men to join and unite into a community for their comfortable, safe, and peaceable living one amongst another, in a secure enjoyment of their properties, and a greater security against any, that are not of it.” If both security and protection of property are compromised by a leader and those he hires to work with him, doesn’t the very purpose of having him in that position become obsolete? In the end, Trump will have blamed nearly everyone around him for damaging this country, but more than one future op-ed article will point out that “if you point one finger at someone, three more are pointing back at you”.

I predict that it will conclusively be revealed that Trump didn’t win the election fairly when investigative reporters (and an agency similar to Wikileaks but with different political intentions) leak evidence online and via live television. Evidence from these same sources will demonstrate that hackers tainted election results of both US presidential elections and Brexit, with intentions to hack near future French presidential election results.

As talk of impeachment soon intensifies, the stock market will be further affected as corporate investors start to sell off recently acquired investments.* This era will be looked back on as a time when familial pirates “looted the treasures” of the White House, but that the family taking advantage of their rise to power were only the inevitable product of a rising corporatocracy.  If it hadn’t been this family, future historians will argue, another would have come along and taken advantage of the privileges made available to the wealthy because that is the natural result of a government where banks and corporations come to hold more power than the people.

I had a dream a few nights ago of a cartoon man in an open casket whose face was mostly covered by a large sticker with a barcode (SKU) across it. Above or below the barcode were the words “Expiration Date”. A tiny part of the man’s face could be seen protruding from the sticker, and that face was orange.
